About the Job
HR Administrator will undertake various HR administrative duties. An important part of this role will be to assist the HR team in their daily activities as needed and act as a liaison for employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’llassist in the creation of policies, processes, and documents, as needed. HR assistant skills we’re looking for include excellent organizational ability, familiarity with HRIS and strong communication skills. To be an ideal candidate you should have some experience in our industry. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:What the HR Admin will be doing...
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager and team
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Recruiting manager and team
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Assist in coordination of HR projects
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Properly assist with handling complaints and grievance procedures
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred not required
ENVIRONMENT
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in all areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, must be careful while performing onsite services.
