Do you want to work for a Tier 1 supplier that manages the complete assembly and sequencing of modules for OEMs like, GM, Ford, and Chrysler?

Softtek is looking to fill a direct hire HR Administrator role in Chicago, IL. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced global enterprise environment and will require the HR Administrator to be onsite. 

The ideal HR Administrator must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures, preferably in an automotive environment.

CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SOUTH CHICAGO AREA!

Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience in HR OR 3 years of experience in HR 
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in an automotive environment
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Maintain and support payroll administration (UKG Payroll preferred)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Able to maintain confidential information
