Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an HR Administrative

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Roswell, GA

As an HR Administrative, you will be:

• Responsible for administrative tasks such in support of end-to-end HR processes such as document development, tracking work progression against established timelines, etc.
• Maintains accurate employee records and files for easy retrieval when information is requested or needed.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data entry / processing and corrections.
• Track and validate data and run reports on a routine basis and or as needed.
• Provide HR System Management (Workday) support for all organization and people related changes.
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition on recruiting needs.
• Liaise with HR staff and HR support help-centre to address any HRIS systems issues.
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to accurately produce a high volume of work under aggressive project deadlines.
• The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Workday Human Resources Information System preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
