About the Job
We are hiring for a HR Administrative Coordintor to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed, conducting orientations, managing background checks, and coordinating pre-employment training sessions.
- Track and report weekly scorecard metrics to the HR Manager and assist with entering new hire data into HR systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding processes, support timesheet tracking and corrections every other Monday, and assist with maintaining office organization, supplies, and cleanliness.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive employee information and provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with onboarding new employees is required.
- Pursuing or holding an HR degree or related field of study is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a small, team-oriented office culture and pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check.
Additional Info:
- Pay: $20-$22/hr depending on experience level
