About the Job
Technica is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support Corporate HR staff for a temporary assignment. This position will report to the Corporate office in Downtown Charleston, SC. This assignment will offer 80-100 hours in January to conduct an employee and document review (exact work days and hours are flexible).
Additional work hours in February and March may be available.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have experience with MS Office (Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel)
Must have experience using email, instant messaging, and phone as a primary method of communication in business operations, as well as electronic file repositories
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness and proactive working independence
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must be over 18 years old
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in Corporate HR
Familiarity with HR policy and processes reviews, implementation, and training
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
