TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company. This position will support a busy HR Department in St. Petersburg, FL.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company. This position will support a busy HR Department in St. Petersburg, FL.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing Excel for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
- Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
- Assist HR and Payroll functions including training, onboarding, recruiting, and legal compliance.
- Front Desk responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
- Maintain polite and professional communication in person, on the phone, and through e-mail correspondence.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- 45 WPM typing assessment required for consideration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent typing and customer service skills.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliable and timely, great attendance.
