HR Admin Assistant

Our fun and energetic team is in need of an Administrative to support out HR department!

Summary : 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR Administrative Assistant. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks. 

Duties include:

• Assist with organizing departmental activities
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Undertake additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of office/administrative assistant experience in an HR department is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, HRIS)
• Proficient in data entry and file maintenance
• Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement

Pay range: $22/hr - $23/hr

Location : Simi Valley, CA

Work Schedule:  Flexible
