WHAT WILL YOU DO

The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining all employee files and confidential information. Responsible for all HRIS data entry and report generation. Tracks and processes all employee status changes and terminations. Prepares new hire files and orientation forms. Assists HR staff with projects and special assignments. Interacts with all employees and management staff in a professional manner. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic Healthcare while performing all job functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Clerical HR experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
