HPC Systems Engineer - Fourier Ltd

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
• 5-10 years of experience, ideally in low-latency and high-frequency trading environments.
• A strong understanding of layer 2 and 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM, IGMP) and experience with Arista, Cisco, and other networking devices.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux, packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark), and managing datacenter operations (power consumption, cooling, fiber optics).
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for LAN, WAN, and market data distribution issues.
• Familiarity with tools like Ansible, Salt, Python, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitHub is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
