Job Description:
Defines high-impact, long-term (i.e., 2-5+ year horizon) business strategies at the corporate, business, and regional level. Partners with senior management to identify existing operational and new business opportunities. Monitors external factors during strategic development. Works with and manages cross-functional project teams. Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance. Develops recommendations for senior management based on financial and economic trend data. Drives through reviews of contractual commitments and ensures executive leadership has all data necessary to drive successful and profitable deals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and Oversee contract governance program to track the HPC & AI business. Provide dashboard reporting to senior and executive management and monitor and communicate contract delivery acceptance, penalties and risk.
• Administer and manage the life of the contracts by overseeing the process by which are consolidated, created, executed, and terminated.
• Create obligation list from product and services contracts accurately and concisely.
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure the creation of obligation is documented in the tools.
• Ensure successful and timely implementation of Icertis for HPC, AI & labs.
• Guide cross-functional teams with accurate requirements and efficient communication skills to ensure proper planning and timely reviews.
• Become the owner of the contract and the expert to answer questions related to the contract and obligations.
• Organize all HPC, AI customer contracts and inventory the existing contracts to align with the data collection, central repository, and analysis goal.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly contract reviews, leading reviews when appropriate.
• Make sure key metrics, reports and scorecards are produced on time.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experienced in contract governance, Ideally with knowledge or experience within high performance compute area.
• Ability to summarize contractual legal language and clearly communicate to cross-function teams with concise language with no ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel.
• Developed business acumen and technical knowledge within at least two business units.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
• Superior group facilitation and interviewing skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including project structuring.
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Typically 5-8 years work experience.
• Often 2 years post' advanced degree experience in contract management, legal document review, planning, operations or related functions.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $98,000.00 - $225,500.00
