Job Description:
1. Work with client to understand requirement and issues
2. Contribute to Project and Change Request Estimations for Build Items
3. Create custom rules triggering notifications, form rendering, mandatory checks and validation checks within the request and incident modules
4. Create custom phases and transitions (manual and automated) for request and incident processes
5. Create new as well as support existing service offerings and web services
6. Create custom as well as support existing Connect-IT scenarios for data file import
7. Adhere to Local/Department and IT Divisional Standards for Code Development
8. Implement Error Handling and Reporting
9. Participate in a Code Review Process
10. Perform Iterative Testing and Validation throughout the SDLC
11. Ensure design, code changes and test results are comprehensively documented
12. Provide ongoing support
13. Basic understanding of System Design and Architecture
14. Basic understanding of infrastructure
