Job DescriptionAs a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by providing assistance with a variety of tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking storage closets, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel premises are clean and well-maintained.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.
- Stock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other supplies.
- Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed.
- Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related program experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
