Housekeeping Supervisor
RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a motivated and hands on Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will have the ability to create strategic initiatives in sanitation and laundry as well as develop and implement training programs for your team. Part of a team’s success is having the right coach in place, and this is where you come in! The Housekeeping Supervisor will need to roll up their sleeves and be an active and engaged team member on the floor, too.

- Provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, employees, and visitors.
- Oversee housekeeping and laundry department purchases, expense budgets and monthly inventories
- Inspect resident apartments, common areas, and housekeeping and laundry equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years experience in housekeeping, laundry, or office environment is required
- Must have a background in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care
- Knowledge of life safety standards preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask/problem solve and think strategically
