ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include organizing the cleaning schedule, assigning rooms to team members, and conducting inspections to ensure adherence to our high cleanliness standards. You will collaborate closely with the front desk team to ensure that all rooms are properly listed for occupancy and confirm that departing guests have vacated their rooms.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, cultivating a positive workplace culture that emphasizes appreciation and teamwork. Your ability to manage a team of 10-12 employees and keep them aligned with budgetary goals is crucial to this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Managerial or supervisor experience
• Hotel experience
• Housekeeping experience
• Ability to manage a department of 10-12 people
• Leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable
• Good communication skills

YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work Tuesday - Saturday, with some flexibility.
