POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides coordination of facility maintenance i.e., planning and developing preventative schedule
- Maintain equipment, tools, and closets in a clean and orderly fashion
- Anticipates risk, implications and possible outcomes before taking any action
- Maintain a clean, safe facility in all areas and assist with general maintenance; notify Lead Engineer and/or Custodial Supervisor in the event of immediate action facility repair
- Must be able to demonstrate proper usage and handling of chemicals and related equipment
- Complete Work Zone description: subject to change and will be included with this job description
- Maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained facility always. Along with keeping members and/or residents, participants and guests satisfied

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three or more years of experience in facility management or closely related field
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, carpentry and other related areas
- Within 30 days of hire, complete training certification in CPR/First Aid and Pathogens, Hazmat
