We are looking for a high energy, outgoing Banquet & Housekeeping House Attendant to join our family who is passionate about customer service and ensuring our guests are having a wonderful experience. We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working person who is driven by making a difference!
A Banquet & Housekeeping HA may work independently or in a team-style environment. Essential duties of the role include performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all public spaces are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies. Additionally, the Banquet HA are responsible for manual set up, break down and cleanliness of all meeting rooms. Such as:
- Cleaning and polishing toilets, taps, sinks, and mirrors washing floors
- Removing stains
- Vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces to hotel standards
- Perform laundry duties as necessary
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- Clean and set all on site function spaces
- Complete all BEO setup to standard
- AV troubleshooting
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always performed
- Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
