Housekeeper - Management Support

Housekeeper - Cook - 3 Acre Private Estate - Lemon Heights/Tustin Hills

$22-$23/hr, 40 hours per week. No weekends. Work hours 7:30am - 4pm.

Privately gated, single family residence occupied by 2 adults and 2 golden retrievers. On site employees include 3 full-time landscape personnel and 3 interior household, includes part-time dog sitter. General housework, prepare all meals, shopping/errands using employer's vehicle, incidental dog care. If the employee uses their personal vehicle, a rare occasion, reimbursement at Federal mileage rate. California Driver's License required with driving record which permits your addition to employer's insurance without premium upcharge. During breaks and lunch housekeeper uses a dedicated bedroom with TV and a bathroom.

Benefits include: medical - vision - dental health plans available but not required; employee pays 16% of premium (about $157 per month) and the employer pays about $895 per month (PPO); 401k is available. 5 paid holidays; 5 paid sick days; 5 paid vacation days. Payroll is each other Friday by direct deposit to your bank account with required State/Federal deductions. No smoking on site. Cell phone use limited to personal calls during lunch or break.
