Position Overview:
Work collaboratively with all members of team to provide a clean and safe environment to all patients, visitors, guests and employees, while meeting all regulatory requirements put forth by local, state and federal agencies.
What you'll do:
- Work with bleach based products
- Adhere to all local, state and federal safety and sanitation and disinfection regulations
- Take direction and follow both verbal and written
- Work around people (staff and patients) on a routine basis
- Work as a team member and help where needed
- Be flexible in assuming other appropriate responsibilities, not noted above
- Work weekends when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write English
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, sitting, pushing, pulling and reaching. May be exposed to infectious waste, exposure to sharp objects, and exposure to bodily fluids. A licensed ability to drive may be necessary.
Travel Requirements:
- Need to be able to travel to travel multiple buildings at times
