FLSA Status:          Hourly, Non-Exempt

Wage Range:         $14 - $16  an hour

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Educates and trains housekeeping staff ensuring Sunshine standards in safety, cleanliness, conduct, and customer service are met.
• Cleans resident apartments and Community common areas as assigned and according to housekeeping checklist and schedule.
• Prepare schedule for housekeeping staff, including scheduling for holiday coverage, and alters as necessary.
• Provide assignments for department, including weekend housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate deep cleaning for resident apartments and Community common areas according to schedule.
• Inventory, maintain, and order appropriate cleaning materials.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be at least 18 years old or older

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years prior related experience is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
