Housekeeper - Riverwalk Apartments, LLC

Position: Housekeeper FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Property Manager General Purpose

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, vacant units, and common areas ofthe property. This position is also responsible for cleaning residentapartmentsupon request.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

• Cleansvacantapartmentsaftermove-outstoensureunitsareinmove-in condition.
• Notifiesmaintenanceteamofanymaintenanceissuesrequiringattention.
• Maintainsinventoryofcleaningsuppliesandequipment.
• Responsible for daily cleaning, which includes, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, picking up trash on the property and common areas (i.e., workout areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, elevators, club house, guest suites, pool facilities, furniture, and public restrooms).
• Ensuresworkareasareneatandorderlyafterpaintingorwhenworkordershavebeen completed.
• Ensuressuppliesareinstockandordersthemwhendirectedtodoso.
• Assistsofficestaff as needed with posting notices on resident doors.
• Communicateswithsupervisorregardingthestatusofworkandissuesthatarise.
• Preparecomplimentaryservicessuchassnacksanddrinks.
• Examinesbuildingsandgroundstomaintainsafety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
• Follow safety and comply with all regulations for cleaning solutions and other chemicals.
• Maintainscompliancewithcompany’spoliciesandproceduresandallapplicablefederalandstate laws.
• Ensuresexcellentcustomerservicetoprospectandtenantsandpromotesaqualitylivingexperienceforallresidents.
• ParticipatesinCompany-providedtrainingsuchasfairhousing,safety,non-discrimination,andharassmentprevention.
• ComplieswithallKalos Residential standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Attendanceisimperativeandthispositionwillbe required to maintain onsite hours.
• Otherduties as assigned.

Other Duties andResponsibilities

• Mustmaintainprofessionalappearanceandcomplywithprescribeduniformpolicy.
• Mustcomplywithallsafetyregulations,includingtheuseofbackbrace,safetygogglesandgloveswhenappropriate.
• Overtimemayberequired for this position. May be required to work weekends and non-traditional holidays.
• Mustbe reachable via phone or radio, except during approved time off
• Mayberequiredtobeavailabletoworkwhenneeded duetostaffingshortages.
• Sometravelmay be required.
• Consistently meetdeadlines.
• Maintains the up most confidentiality.
