Housekeeper I - Southcoast Health System

We are searching for a Housekeeper I to meet set standards while performing functions of the department. Clean and disinfect floors and bathroom fixtures. Clean discharge beds. Keep equipment and janitors closets clean.

• Hours: 32hrs flex 40hrs
• Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 7am – 3:30pm
• Location: Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in institutional housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to understand written and verbal communication and instructions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift object over 25 pounds and bend repeatedly.
