Overview
The Pillars of Grand Rapids is seeking a Housekeeper ! This role provides a clean, safe, and cheerful environment for senior age assisted living and memory care residents, staff, and visitors.
This Housekeeping /Cleaning position includes:
+ 32 hours per two weeks. part-time schedule
+ Day Shift Hours
+ No weekends
+ Partial Benefits Package; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid personal time, medical, dental, college funds, wellness program, matching retirement monies)

Conveniently located near Highways 2, 169, and adjacent to Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital, gives peace of mind with a high standard of medical care nearby. Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities/Job Description
+ Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors.
+ Demonstrates precautionary work practices for the safety of others in the work areas, such as electric cords, wet floor signs, etc
+ Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area on daily basis and communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked
+ Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
+ Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets
Preferred:
+ Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
