Job Summary:

The House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and patient care during night shifts. This role ensures compliance with hospital policies and procedures while promoting a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care

Manage staffing levels and resolve staffing issues

Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols

Act as a liaison between departments and administration

Provide support and guidance to nursing staff

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Nebraska

Minimum of 3 years nursing experience

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
