Position Summary:
The House Shift Supervisor oversees nursing care for patients with complex medical conditions, rehabilitation, and wound care needs. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. The supervisor promotes teamwork among healthcare professionals and participates in performance improvement activities.

Essential Functions:

Supervise and coordinate nursing care delivery.

Communicate with patients, families, and medical staff to enhance care quality.

Conduct performance improvement activities.

Develop comprehensive care and discharge plans.

Document patient care accurately and timely.

Participate in staff education and orientation.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with supervisory experience preferred.

Two years of acute care experience.

Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS).
