Trainer Sales Associate Job Description:

This is a part time position. The TSA will work 15-25 hours a week and work every Saturday (hours of operation below)

Duties:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized studio
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements: -

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required

Staffed Hours of Operation:

• Monday-Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
• Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm
• Saturdays 11:00am-4:00pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Have a valid drivers license & operable vehicle (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service or Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts

Work Location: In person onsite at studio location
