General Responsibilities by Role):

• Chefs: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes; manage kitchen staff and inventory; maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

• Managers: Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction; manage budgets, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Servers: Take customer orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Bartenders: Mix and serve beverages, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area while engaging with guests.

• Baristas: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, operate brewing equipment, and ensure a welcoming and efficient café environment.
