**Job Summary:**
The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s operations during the overnight shift, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This position requires someone who is dependable, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform end-of-day accounting functions, including reconciling and balancing accounts.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily financial reports and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during the night shift.
- Address and resolve any emergency situations that arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and perform audits as needed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
**Working Conditions:**
- This is an overnight position, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
