Hotel Housekeeping Position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
· Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
· Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned paperwork.
· Report any items missing from rooms and suites.
· Report all items in need of repair to the supervisor and maintain equipment used in work.
· Scrupulously follow all safety guidelines, for example not blocking the open door with a cart, placing signage to use caution of a wet floor, etc.
· Greet all guests with a warm, friendly welcome; inquire about their well-being, make them feel welcome, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
o Must have a flexible work schedule
o Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized.
o Willing to work in a team environment
