As a Roomza Host, you will be at the heart of our hotel's operation. You'll have the crucial task of ensuring smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and maintaining Roomza's high-quality standards. While focusing on on-site management, you will also have the flexibility to engage in housekeeping activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Management: Overseeing daily hotel operations, working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
- Guest Service: Providing exceptional and friendly service to guests, handling complaints, providing information, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Duties: Daily room inspections and if needed, performing various housekeeping tasks, including room cleaning, linen changing, and restocking amenities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring a safe environment for guests and team members and compliance with all local and state laws, including OSHA and EEOC regulations.
- Brand Compliance: Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales to develop goals and operational objectives. Also need to work within current hotel operations team and ensure we have great landlord relationship.
This role is onsite in the Marginy area of New Orleans. Roomza, Inc. participates in a commuter savings program.
