About the Job
The Staff Pad is seeking a Hotel General Manager to join a full service hotel with a major brand in Wenatchee, WA! The hotel is uniquely situated in some of the most beautiful areas of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
Summary of position: This Position is responsible for management of total hotel operations. The general manager directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as engineering, operations or sales, or a major division of the business organization and aids chief administrative officers in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers Full job description available upon request.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
