Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Full-Service Hotel General Manager who demonstrates outstanding leadership and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role is responsible for driving the success of all hotel operations, ensuring an inviting, high-quality experience for guests, and maximizing overall profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative and strategic approach to leading teams while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest relations, and client satisfaction, to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
- Provide leadership to all departments, such as Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Sales, Engineering, Catering, and Conference Management, as well as coordinating third-party vendor services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall profitability.
- Analyze changes in guest needs, competitive trends, and industry developments to recommend appropriate product and operational adjustments.
- Ensure the hotel remains a market leader by consistently delivering exceptional service and financial performance.
- Plan, organize, and direct all operational activities to align with the hotel's mission and goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to consistently support and contribute to the success of hotel operations.
- A minimum of five years of relevant hotel experience in a similar property.
- Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding profit results and achieving guest service-related metrics in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the operational needs.
