Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of hotel operations, including reception, food service, bar service, room service, booking, and overall guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Drive revenue growth through effective cost management, marketing initiatives, and exceptional service delivery.
- Uphold standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in alignment with industry regulations.
Experience and Education:
- Proven experience in hotel management with a strong background in restaurant and food and beverage operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
