We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent who’s ready to be the face of our hotel and help make each guest’s stay an unforgettable one.
Job Type:
- Full-Time (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts)
- Flexibility required for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Be the welcoming face of Clarion Inn, checking guests in and out with a smile, handling reservations, and answering any questions to ensure our guests have an amazing stay.
- Communication Hub: Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Billing & Payments: Accurately process guest payments and manage accounts with care.
- Light Cleaning Duties: Help keep the front desk area tidy, and occasionally assist with light cleaning in the lobby and public areas.
- Breakfast Support: Keep an eye on the breakfast area during your shift, ensuring it’s stocked and clean for our guests.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any guest concerns with grace, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Team Player: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
