**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Manage room assignments and changes as needed, ensuring all special requests are met
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that guest rooms and facilities are well-maintained and ready for guests
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available
- Assist with billing inquiries and manage cash handling procedures as required
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
