Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Hotel General Manager with exceptional leadership qualities and a passion for hospitality. This role is integral to ensuring operational excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences across two properties. Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership to all departments, including Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Catering, Third-Party Vendors, and Food and Beverage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain the highest service quality and efficiency standards, ensuring seamless collaboration across all teams.
- Guest Satisfaction: Continuously evaluate and adapt services to meet evolving guest needs, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
- Revenue and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance, including maximizing revenue and profitability through effective cost management.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 100+ employees across both properties, cultivating an environment of growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Market Positioning: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure both hotels remain market leaders in guest satisfaction and financial performance.
- Flexibility and Availability: Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, to meet the operational demands of both properties.

Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience as a General Manager at full-service properties managed by major brands like Marriott or Hilton, with 300+ rooms.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding results in revenue generation, profit, and guest satisfaction within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 100+ employees and foster a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capability to lead within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
