Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels, focusing on business transient, crew, and government segments.
- Cultivate a sales-driven culture within the hotels, providing guidance and best practices to General Managers and front-desk staff.
- Achieve revenue milestones within a 6-month sales cycle, driving ROI for hotel partners.
- Generate new business leads and expand market share through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams, providing transparent updates on progress to your designated hotels.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with your team to drive revenue across our portfolio of hotels.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Travel occasionally to strengthen client relationships and expand sales targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hotel guestroom sales experience, with a focus on business transient, crew, and government segments.
- Experience in a dual or area hotel sales role is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel systems and a strong understanding of the RFP process and brand tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
