The acclaimed Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa is actively searching for a detailed and focused general Accountant to join our Accounting team.

Job Summary:
Oversee daily revenue accounting,provide accounting support to revenue centers. Research customer billingquestions. Share responsibilities with Accounts Payable. Assume additionalresponsibilities such as bank account reconciliations and assisting with themonth end closing process.
Job Duties include:
1.Compiling daily sales reports from Rooms, Foodand Beverage, Spa, Golf and Activities sales systems.
2. Perform daily cash and check deposit.
3. Reconciling daily cash, check and credit card depositsto the sales reports. Work with Revenue Center Managers on any discrepancies.
4. Uploading revenue and related statistics toGeneral Ledger system.
5. Issuing the Daily Revenue Report.
6. Research and resolve customer billing questionsincluding credit card disputes.
7. Share responsibilities with Accounts Payable;enter invoices into General Ledger system, post ACH’s and cut checks as needed.
8. Assist with monthly inventory process.
9. Monitor and manage Gift Card balances.
10. Monitor and manage Petty Cash Vault.
11. Generate and distribute a variety of month endreports including Advance Deposits Listings, Food and Beverage Comps, and Tax-ExemptRoom Revenue.
12. Manage storage of a variety of records.
13. Other tasks and responsibilities as they mayarise and evolve.
