Host/Support Staff - LaBelle Winery

The support staff is responsible for helping LaBelle Winery achieve its goals and objectives by supporting employees and customers.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers with a smile
• Ability to learn and adapt to our system, Open Table.
• Take phone reservations and plot accordingly
• Provide guests proper wait time estimates 
• Clean and clear dining tables as needed 
• Provide table assistance for guests and staff as needed
• Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates as needed 
• Set tables according to LaBelle’s standards
• Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, etc. 
• Assist servers, bartenders and event managers as needed
• Keep stations clean and organized 
• Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked
• Ensure menus are clean and presentable at all times
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry 50lbs frequently
• Must be able to climb stairs, bend and stand for long periods of time 
• Must be able to work in all climate weather
• Must be able to work on weekends and some holidays
