The Host position at Lynora’s is all about making a great first and last impression. As the face of our restaurant, you’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome Guests with Warmth: Read guest emotions and create a positive experience right from the start.
• Manage the Flow: Balance table seating to ensure smooth service for both the kitchen and servers.
• Be the Expert: Answer menu questions, describe features and promotions, and handle phone inquiries with ease.
• Stay Professional Under Pressure: Keep calm and confident in busy or challenging situations.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain a Clean & Polished Space: Ensure the dining room, restrooms, and workstations are always clean and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to take charge when needed.
• A professional, friendly attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
