Hospitality Server - PT - Prism Hospitality, LP

The Hospitality Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of food & beverage service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. To provide service to guests by receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment for such items

• Prepares breakfast and sets up breakfast service in assigned area according to hotel or brand
  standard.
• Keeps breakfast items filled and the breakfast area cleaned during the breakfast service times.
• Break down and put away breakfast items according to brand specifications and clean breakfast
  area. Reports needed repairs to equipment and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains supplies in a neat and organized to department standards.
• Maintains keys and supplies issued each day.
• Reports any guest issues to supervisor.
• Follows procedures food safety.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest
  satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
  Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED certification
• Experience in a hotel or a similar industry, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Must be minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency.

Physical Demands:

•Long hours sometimes required, including nights and weekends.

•Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

•Ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift, sometimes for entire shift.
