About the Job
Our client, a Real Estate investment firm, is seeking a Hospitality and Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the front desk, manage a 25,000 sq ft office, and provide administrative support as needed
- Answer phone lines, manage the conference room schedule, order catering, and assist with set up/clean up
- Plan and organize companywide events
- Maintain office equipment, liaise with vendors/building management, and assist with office moves
- Order and stock office and kitchen supplies; review invoices
- Coordinate with IT, sort mail, and issue building security keys
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ year of office management experience
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90-95K base depending on experience + bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision (80% covered by firm)
- 19 PTO days, 2 sick/personal, and national holidays
