Job Description:
The position involves providing high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and performing general office maintenance. This role requires efficient setup and breakdown of conference rooms, as well as supporting clerical and mail services.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment per event requirements.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages for meetings and events.
• Maintain cleanliness in conference rooms, kitchens, and office spaces.
• Order, stock, and manage inventory for supplies, food, and beverages.
• Perform general office maintenance tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
• Operate kitchen equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.) and load dishwashers.
• Coordinate and manage conference and hospitality calendars.
• Perform clerical duties including mail handling, package distribution, and office supply management.
• Train team members on job-related tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of hospitality or office experience preferred.
• Valid driver s license may be required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Capable of following directions and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
