Seeking Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants for Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital in Grayling, Michigan for locum coverage.

Program details:

• 18-22 hospital beds; 4-5 ICU beds
• EMR: Cerner
• APP shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a; APP works nights alone
• Procedures required (Arterial lines, Central lines, Intubations, Vent management)
• Physicians and APPs will both round in SNF
• Responsible for responding and managing MRTs, Code Blues, and report to ER if Code C-section or Code triage called.
• C4 is the attached SNF that the hospitalists are responsible for in addition to the hospital duties.
• A weekly C4 patient list is created, and the workload is distributed between day/night/APP/MD. Average number of visits on the list is 12-20 per week, which varies with the number of discharges and admissions that may occur. Pages from C4 can range from 0-10+ per shift.
