The Medical Lab Scientist or Technician (MLS or MLT) will complete required tests, and/or observations of patients’ specimens, blood samples, or other products required for testing. They will also perform required maintenance procedures for various pieces of equipment. Additionally, they will ensure quality control is performed and that QC is within limits.
