Overview: The Sales and Marketing Liaison builds and maintains relationships with hospitals to drive patient referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a centralized referral process and have key accounts at specific hospitals.
- Manage and grow referral relationships with hospital staff (social workers, nurses, case managers).
- Oversee admissions process and ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Develop and execute monthly sales strategies with the admissions team.
- Track and report on sales activity, competitive trends, and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred).
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
