Hospital Liaison - Outcome HC

We are currently seeking an experienced Hospital Liasion.

Hospital Liasion Requirements:

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building
• Meets with key referral sources e.g. Hospitals, Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices
• Researches physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility
• Should be familiar with Philadephia, PA and the surrounding community
• Sell and promotes facility services in PA
• Build sales within assigned area according to goals
• Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
• Must have long term care experience as an external liaison
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.
