As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. In addition, you will manage HR policies, provide guidance to leadership, and ensure a workplace that supports the health and safety of all employees. The ideal candidate for the Director of Human Resources role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required, ideally within a healthcare or hospital setting. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, healthcare regulations, and best practices in HR management is essential.
