Details:

The Assistant Director of Clinical Services will:

Guide the hospice clinical team under the Director

Oversee hiring and service provision

Establish care standards per regulations

Monitor staff performance and address QA issues

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

5 years in healthcare preferred; 2 years in leadership

Current RN licensure in good standing

Availability from Friday 4:30pm to Monday 8:00am
