Job Details
What you will be doing:
- There are two roles available; either field RN managing hospice patients, or a facility / office based hospice RN.
- Assess and admit hospice patients
- Create plan of care
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
- Pronouncements
What you need:
- RN license in NY
- Hospice, oncology, or palliative experience is required
