Responsibilities:

• The LPN Will be On-Call Every Other Weekend Friday Through Monday
• Schedule Friday and Monday 5P-9P, Saturday and Sunday 8A-8P

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse In The State Of Georgia
• 1 Year of Hospice Or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
